The Mundy Pond Road facility offers part-time and full-time programs for children from 24-60 months of age in a state of the art 8000 ft2 facility, designed specifically for children and constructed in 2000. Little People's Workshop staff consist of a combination of trained early childhood educators, child development professionals, and primary teachers.

The original facility first operated from a rental property in this neighbourhood 20 years ago. Little People's Workshops relationship with the community of Mundy Pond has been an integral link in the companies evolving philosophy of interconnectedness and strength. The facility has strived to maintain a character unique to the neighbourhood - a family-centric community nestled around Mundy Pond in the inner city of St. John's, Newfoundland. Generations continue to build lives and families in this small parcel of the city. The relationship of family is quite important in this Roman Catholic community - a sense of connectedness is evident as one strolls the streets.

Children attending Little People's Workshop on Mundy Pond Road often reside within the area and attend or will attend the neighbouring schools of St. Theresa's Elementary, Holy Cross Primary, or Bishop Abraham Elementary. However, families do come from other areas of the city as the population becomes more aware of quality early learning programs and facilities.
